 Blair is an urban planner and designer who has spent over a decade working at the intersection of community, place, and the built environment. Holding a Master of Urban Planning (MUP) from USC's Price School of Public Policy and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Design from Parsons School of Design, she relies on her multidisciplinary background and the inherent interconnectedness of planning and design to affect vibrant, safety-driven, co-created change to the built environment. 

Her work spans active transportation planning, public realm design, affordable housing development, Vision Zero advocacy, public art project management, and community engagement across cities, agencies,  and neighborhoods. She has written grants, managed construction, designed safety infrastructure, advocated for safer streets, and tirelessly supports community voices, especially those who don't always have a seat at the table. 

StreetWork(s) Lab is where Blair brings it all together — planning, design, creativity, and a deep commitment to the people and places she serves.

Paige Smitherman is the co-owner and graphic design genius behind Radhaus Creatives, an independent consulting practice built on a simple idea: the best work happens when engineering precision and creative vision share the same table.

Founded by a mechanical engineer with over a decade of product design and a graphic designer with a sharp eye for print marketing and brand identity, we bring both sides of the equation to every engagement.

The name says it all. Radhaus is German for "wheelhouse." This is ours.
